What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations can be made 30 days or more prior to your pickup date. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will be subject to $250 cancellation fee.
Can I use my own auto insurance policy?
We require all drivers to purchase our insurance policy. Most auto-insurance policies do not cover class B campers.
Is the daily rate discounted for a longer experience?
Yes, if you are wishing to travel longer than 2 weeks reach out to us and we will provide a quote based on the length of your trip and how far you wish to travel.
Can I take the van to other states or countries?
We encourage trips outside of California to neighboring states. Although we love Baja California our insurance policy does not allow our vans to travel outside of the US.
Is roadside assistance included?
Roadside insurance can be purchased for $14.95 per day through our insurance package.
Are pets allowed?
Absolutely! Pets are always allowed. We do charge a $75 pet fee.
Do the vans come with a bathroom?
All of our vans have a rear shower. We do not include toilets with our vans. Most camper toilets would need to be replaced after each trip so to save on waste and chemicals we have chosen not to include them.
Is there a minimum number of days for a rental?
Yes, there is a 3-day rental minimum.
Can you take the van to festivals?
Yes, we do allow our vans to go to music festivals for a $500 festival fee.
Is there a mileage charge?
Yes 30 cents per mile after 300 miles. This calculated based on an average of mile per day over the entire trip and deducted from the deposit.
